Being the son of an Indycar driver, William E Homeier, Jr., is not adverse to managed risk. Highly motivated, gregarious, he has launched and managed several different companies in construction, real estate, and currently working with entrepreneurs in the next generation industries of bio-fuels and natural fiber bio-composite materials.
His accomplishments include: starting a company without a penny to his name and building to over a million dollars in revenues within 14 months; creativity combined with an eye for detail, he worked with architects and engineers for major corporations to adapt and modify design specifications; pulling capital resources together; working with Mark Victor Hansen (co-creator of “Chicken Soup for the Soul”); Senior Estimator for one of the largest privately held commercial construction companies, reviewing well over two billion dollars in constructions projects (including The University of Phoenix Stadium; the USC Medical Center expansion; Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa); and has held, partnered or managed significant real estate assets.
Over the last several years, he has acted as consultant to companies investigating and performing due diligence on real estate acquisitions, construction projects (worldwide), bio-composite materials, alternative energy projects (geothermal, bio-mass, waste-to-energy).
William has had the honor and privilege of sitting on the coordinating board of the Phoenix Sports Fans Choice Awards benefiting Phoenix local charities with Jerry Colangelo (former CEO of the Phoenix Suns; Director Team USA Men’s Olympic Basketball) and Jimmy Walker (founder of Celebrity Fight Night, benefiting Mohammed Ali’s Parkinson’s Foundation).

Joel Cody was inspired by Nelson Mandela who wrote his personal mail bag while incarcerated on Robben Island in South Africa. Joel’s many accomplishments include bringing The Live Aid Concert to his hometown of Philadelphia. The event was held July 13, 1985 at JFK Stadium. Attendees included: The Rolling Stones, Tina Turner, Madonna, Phil Collins, The Beach Boys, and Paul McCartney. Subsequently at Live Aid at Wembley Stadium in London England, Joel assembled an equally impressive cast including U2, Queen, Elton John, Prince Charles and Princess Diana. Live Aid was organized to raise money for the relief of famine-stricken Africans. Live Aid brought to attention Africa issues. To that end, Live 8 Concert on the Parkway was held in Philadelphia on July 8, 2005.
Joel was also instrumental in convincing the G8 Summit to vote and cancel the debt of 18 of the world poorest Nations; to make Aids drugs more accessible and; double the levels of annual aid to Africa to 50 Billion dollars by 2010. Joel was responsible for recruiting Bill and Malinda Gates to provide financing For Live 8 concert.
